  1. The EETS edition has "men" here, as does Additional 34193 and 29729. ↩
  2. The EETS edition capitalizes "Ignacious," but when compared with "Ihesu" elsewhere in the manuscript it's being rendered without the capital letter. ↩
  3. The EETS edition renders it as "Aureat." ↩
  4. The EETS edition has "adovn" here.. ↩
  5. The scribe ran "dyd enclyne" together, but then separated them via an upright stroke. ↩
  6. The terminal "n" in "dovn" has a curved stroke over it which may be indicative of a suspension but is more likely an otiose mark based on the terminal "n" elsewhere in the manuscript. ↩
