    Notes
    1. There is a distinct scribal difference between capitalized "I" and capitalized "J" in this witness, noticed by comparing "Johann" here and Jesse in verse 1 with "Is" in verse three and "In" in verses nine and eleven. This distinction is marked by the "I" being crossed while the "J" is not. Furthermore, this I is the capitalized version as the lower-case "i" appears throughout, in particular in the initial position in an line at line four of verse four. This does not, however, carry through to other items in the manuscript.
